This hotel has been scratched off of my list of places to ever stay in the Atlantic City Area. As accessible as it is to Atlantic City, it was not worth the trouble. The younger male behind the counter was the only really friendly individual there. Anyways, the first room we checked into was an average room when we walked in, except with one problem: THE LIGHTS DID NOT TURN ON! So I made my way to the lobby and informed the staff. One of them said: "Just a moment, we'll go fix the lights". I insisted on having another room, one on the 5th floor, since my friends were also staying here as well, and had gotten a better room on the 5th floor. I was told there were no available rooms on the 5th floor with the "City View" Option. I basically could not care less about the city view, so they ended up switching my room to the 5th. Guess what!? This room had a BETTER VIEW of the city than the first room, AND IT HAD LIGHTS! Ok wow. So moving on, the room was pretty average. I saw some stains on my sheets, but mostly faint ones like a juice or something - no worries: I'll sleep in my sweat pants and hoody. Anyways, wherever the thermostat was, there was a huge hole in the wall. I kept imagining something crawling out of it... about the size of a fist. Whatever. The AC or Heat didn't work until about after an hour, and it smelled the moment it was turned on. Hmmm.... Did I mention the toilet had the nastiest stains I had ever seen? It obviously had not been brushed within the last fortnight. Whatever. The ants and local bugs were a nice addition as roomates. Anyways, all of that I was willing to overlook, since the highlight of our trip was in AC and NOT in that bugfest. During Checkout, the male staff the next day decided to charge us an extra 10$ for a rollout bed THAT WE DID NOT ORDER by claiming it was company policy that any room over 2 people has a charge of 10-20$/person. This garbage rule was never explained to me beforehand, and we STILL DIDN'T GET ROLLOUT BED! I was so disappointed with this mockery of a business that I have insisted that anybody who reads this DOES NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. I was very dissatisfied overall, and would not recommend this hotel to even the devil.
