American Airlines put me up in this hotel overnight after the plane broke down. I'd say it was a nightmare, but you have to be asleep for those to happen.
Check-in and the restaurant were both terrible. The front desk told me it would be five minutes before I could get a room. So, I went next door to the hotel restaurant, whose sole employee took an hour just to take my order. At that time, I returned to the front desk to ask about my room, whereupon I was told it would be another ten minutes. Sometime after I turned gray, my room finally became available.
The room was FILTHY! When I opened the mini-bar fridge, a roach crawled out to chase the spiders that were wandering around the floor. Before I could step into the shower in the morning, I had to wash the dead bugs down the drain. There was no way I could get any sleep overnight since I was keeping a wary eye out for roaches while listening to the next-door car alarm sound off every 15 minutes. Stay away!
