Was very disappointed with the management of this hotel. My credit card was charged weeks after I left (and had already settled the bill) for more than 100 dollars. I called the hotel every day for several weeks and was not able to resolve this unauthorized charge on my card. I was always told someone would call or email me back but i got very few responses. When I finally did get an email response, it did not explain what the charge was for. Unhelpful staff and small rooms (smelled like smoke, shower didn't have a curtain, tv didn't work). The only positive thing I would add is that the hotel facilities (including the pool, restaurant, and outside areas) were nice.
