I recently stayed at this hotel and was surprised by the quite charm of this hotel. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Food options are limited but yet they serve such delicious food... I did not use the pool but chilled out enjoying the vastness of the pool. Overall, the stay was relaxing and cheerful.
I just learnt that it has won the award for Middle East's Leading Airport title and I think they deserve it. I hope that they keep up their good work...

Stayed here for one night while on a business trip to the Gulf area. Hotel OK in most respects, but the reception staff need some additional training in customer care: upon arrival a companion requested a no-smoking room, and was met with a long harangue by the reception that this was of course subject to availability blah-blah, rather than the person checking first if there actually were such rooms vacant. In the end both of us did get no-smoking rooms, but the initial diatribe was totally unnecessary. Not very impressed by the "Montreal" limo service available in the lobby, long wait for attention by the staff plus a driver who wasn't knowledgeable in finding his way around the airport area.

The hotel is nicely appointed and meets the expectation of a Movenpick. However I was disappointed when I was charged for airport transfer when the airport terminal is about 500 meters away.

The slogan is "Welcome Home" and they certainly make you feel at home when you stay in this quality hotel.

The room was of an excellent standard extremely well equipped with complimentary water.

The buffet breakfast was to a very high standard with a great selection.

The Flamingo bar staff were very professional and service was great.

Will be staying here again.
