“Nice, quiet place right on the water”

We had spectacular weather so that helped the evaluation of this small pension. We had a room built out over the water (was the old boathouse actually). The flat was pretty small but sufficient, with a very ill-equipped kitchen for anything more than coffee and a one pot meal. No toaster or any of the other things one should expect in a self catering flat.

Wifi was supposed to be available throughout the house at a fair enough charge of €5 for the week, but it didnt work in the room. Had to schlepp over to the main building and do my work from there.

Beach was great, with a nice dock to jump into the cold water from. Was truly lovely. A short walk into town from there to shop and eat and drink. Parking was free and always available.

Value for money was fair here. I would probably recommend it for those who only have a cuppa in the morning and are out most of the day.

Room Tip: OVer the water was romantic, but I would probably choose a room in the main house next time.

Have stayed at this property and will return this summer. Great little place, self catering, own garden with lake access and small cafe for snacks. Probably a good 10 - 15 mins walk from St Wofgang centre. The garden is also a public area so locals or other holiday maker can pay to enter and use the facilities. Popular little place. Room are fine with small kitchenette and a balcony.
