The hotel has well furnished rooms, with a good location right in the heart of the village.They have their own parking some two minutes walk from the hotel. I would say that the food on half board varied each night from good to average, for example one night we had frozen fish in breadcrumbs & chips ( no different to Weatherspoons ! ) other nights a good cut of meat & potatoes.Breakast was a good buffet style with fresh fruit ,cereals, cheese, meats & yoghurts. The staff we found to be friendly. We would recommend the hotel but go for B+B and pay for the evening meal by choosing of the a la carte.

We couldn't fault this hotel really. The rooms were a good size, with a balcony and were very clean. The staff were lovely and very helpful and the food was great.
The village of St Wolfgang was quiet but very picturesqe, especially down by the lake. There were three great pubs, the Kap Horn being a partcular favourite. We found the locals and the tourists alike to be really friendly.
The hotel is in a great location in the market square and the buses for the ski slopes pick up right outside the door.
The only thing we missed was a bath (bathroom only had a shower) and tea/coffee making facilities after a hard day skiing! But this certainly didn't spoil our holiday and we would definately stay here again!

We highly recommend this hotel, it is very clean with nice modern furnishings.
Rooms are kept clean and toilet facilities spotless. Would have been nice to have a bath as well as a shower though.
The food was excellent - even the vegetarian option.
Hotel is well placed in the village for ski buses etc.
Not too much in the way of shops.
Only criticism - the bells of the old church opposite do go off rather a lot !!
Unfortunately not much snow around in the village, but did find plenty at Postalm for a couple of days.
A lovely lakeside resort.

We didn't actually stay here - our hotel was opposite this hotel so we ate here every night as our hotel was B&B only. The food was always good and the cost reasonable. The staff were friendly to us and although it was quiet they seemed pleased to see us. We would consider staying there based on what we experienced and feel we should add that the ski instructors recommended it to us as the best restaurant to eat in.
