STAY AWAY!! We were booked here for 2 nights & the rooms were DISGUSTING! My sister's family & I had adjoining suites & we BOTH had the same problems in BOTH rooms! There were hairs in the bedding, makeup on the pillowcases, gross yellow stains on the pillows themselves. All the surfaces-countertops, desk, tables, etc...thick with dust.. The bathrooms were GROSS! It was quite obvious that nothing was cleaned in these rooms. They didn't even have the floors vaccuumed!
The staff was horrible-they didn't even correct the problem when we brought it to their attention. We left for dinner & asked that everything be taken care of when we returned. After a few hrs. we came back & they claimed it was rectified, but, except for poor vaccumming, nothing was. We decided it was just too gross & decided to leave. We got our stuff together, called around & found other rooms elsewhere.
And to boot, we never got an apology for our inconvenience!
I have stayed at this Ramada twice in the past w/ no problems, but I never will again.

We stayed for four nights and weren't very impressed. It wasn't dirty, but it wasn't clean. We checked in and found one of the trash cans was overflowing with trash left behind by the previous occupants. There was no bedding for the pull out sofa (had to request it from front desk). The beds weren't made every day and it was obvious that they weren't cleaning the bathroom at all. The towels were stained and frayed and the comforter had a cigarette burn. The lone computer in the lobby was "temporarily out of service" during our entire stay. Breakfast was cheap cheap continental - cold biscuits, oatmeal, donuts, cereal, yogurt, frozen waffles, bagels. And there was always a line to use the 2-slice toaster. Seriously, Ramada, you couldn't spring for the 4-slicer?

In short, it was like staying at a nice Motel 6. They need to spend some money on linens, better maid service, and a decent breakfast. Until then, we won't be back.

Pet owners: they do take pets with a $10 surcharge, which I'm told is pretty reasonable for that area.

I couldn't believe how small this room was based on our previous stays at Ramada Motels. There was barely room to move around. It reminded me of an European size room. The motel itself was clean and the staff friendly. The continental breakfast was okay. They had biscuits and gravy but the biscuits were pretty stale. I am glad we only stayed one night because it was simply way too cramped for anything else.

In July our family came from 7 different states to celebrate a birthday in St. Louis. the family members living in St. Louis chose this hotel because of its location, price and ammenities. This hotel looks great at the onset, but entering our rooms we found the toilets with feces in them. No toilet paper, dirty wash rag left in bath tub, and the beds had been made up, but the sheets were dirty upon pulling back the covers. 1 room had there sheets replaced, but I slept on top of blankets and reported it in the mourning. I marked the sheets with a highlighter. When we returned to our room the bed had been made but with the same sheets, the marks were wtill on the sheets were I had put them. When I complained they gave me clean sheets to change myself. They were unable to do it as housekeeping had already left. The next day as we were leaving my aunt, and my cousin(staying in two separate rooms) both had all of their medication stolen. We have reported this hotel to the Owner, the Ramada home Office, the Health and Sanitation Board, and the Better Business Bureau.
