This hotel is located close to downtown St. Louis. It is clean and comfortable. We would stay there again!

There was nothing positive about this experience. The room was dirty, the shower was dripping the entire time, the coffee maker was in shambles, the bedding was filthy, the bathroom was disgusting with a toilet seat that looked as if it had been in a fire and somebody had tried to clean it off.

I contacted Ramada, who contacted the hotel management. The management said the carpets will be cleaned next week, the bedding is only changed every other day, the broken things would be repaired or replaced when they got parts.

Don't stay here!

STAY AWAY!! We were booked here for 2 nights & the rooms were DISGUSTING! My sister's family & I had adjoining suites & we BOTH had the same problems in BOTH rooms! There were hairs in the bedding, makeup on the pillowcases, gross yellow stains on the pillows themselves. All the surfaces-countertops, desk, tables, etc...thick with dust.. The bathrooms were GROSS! It was quite obvious that nothing was cleaned in these rooms. They didn't even have the floors vaccuumed!
The staff was horrible-they didn't even correct the problem when we brought it to their attention. We left for dinner & asked that everything be taken care of when we returned. After a few hrs. we came back & they claimed it was rectified, but, except for poor vaccumming, nothing was. We decided it was just too gross & decided to leave. We got our stuff together, called around & found other rooms elsewhere.
And to boot, we never got an apology for our inconvenience!
I have stayed at this Ramada twice in the past w/ no problems, but I never will again.

We stayed for four nights and weren't very impressed. It wasn't dirty, but it wasn't clean. We checked in and found one of the trash cans was overflowing with trash left behind by the previous occupants. There was no bedding for the pull out sofa (had to request it from front desk). The beds weren't made every day and it was obvious that they weren't cleaning the bathroom at all. The towels were stained and frayed and the comforter had a cigarette burn. The lone computer in the lobby was "temporarily out of service" during our entire stay. Breakfast was cheap cheap continental - cold biscuits, oatmeal, donuts, cereal, yogurt, frozen waffles, bagels. And there was always a line to use the 2-slice toaster. Seriously, Ramada, you couldn't spring for the 4-slicer?

In short, it was like staying at a nice Motel 6. They need to spend some money on linens, better maid service, and a decent breakfast. Until then, we won't be back.

Pet owners: they do take pets with a $10 surcharge, which I'm told is pretty reasonable for that area.
