In July our family came from 7 different states to celebrate a birthday in St. Louis. the family members living in St. Louis chose this hotel because of its location, price and ammenities. This hotel looks great at the onset, but entering our rooms we found the toilets with feces in them. No toilet paper, dirty wash rag left in bath tub, and the beds had been made up, but the sheets were dirty upon pulling back the covers. 1 room had there sheets replaced, but I slept on top of blankets and reported it in the mourning. I marked the sheets with a highlighter. When we returned to our room the bed had been made but with the same sheets, the marks were wtill on the sheets were I had put them. When I complained they gave me clean sheets to change myself. They were unable to do it as housekeeping had already left. The next day as we were leaving my aunt, and my cousin(staying in two separate rooms) both had all of their medication stolen. We have reported this hotel to the Owner, the Ramada home Office, the Health and Sanitation Board, and the Better Business Bureau.

This hotel is reasonable and clean. I stayed there two nights on business and, while I wasn't very pleased with the courtesy of some of the other guests (during breakfast, interacting in hallways, at front desk), the staff was pleasant and responsive.

The Internet was somewhat unreliable - I had to go to the lobby to connect, then after I connected, I was able to go back to my room (providing I didn't shut my computer down) and continue surfing.

The breakfast was fine (though the coffee was far from gourmet) - you get what you pay for in a free continental breakfast at a budget motel - they are not going to go out of their way to provide caviar, but a little more fresh fruit and better-for-you choices would have been nice.

The room decor was a bit odd - long mirrors surrounding the entire room and no color or decoration on the walls otherwise.

My #1 complaint, however, was the cigarette smell in the hallway. Though my non-smoking room smelled fresh, walking through the pooly-ventilated hallway was ashtray-like. I hope that motels clue in and start offering non-smoking FLOORS - I was on the first floor (which was lower than the lobby: a strange design, but OK once in the room) request a different floor if you are a non-smoker.

This hotel was filthy. It was very loud all night and even after complaining to management, still we got no results. In one of the rooms we found dried old vomit on the underside of the blanket as well as the bedspread. No charges were adjusted and the management was very rude in a letter he wrote to us. .This is without a doubt the worse hotel we have ever stayed at and we travel quite alot.

We stayed one night in a King suite with fold out sofa for our 2 small children. The room was awesome! Mirrors along the wall above the headboards with lights on top of them - great for reading. Lots of cupboards, full kitchen, lots of storage for luggage, etc. Very clean! Would certainly go back!
