As soon as we checked into the motel, we went to get some ice out of the ice machine. The owner comes running around the corner to tell us not to fill up the bathtub with ice because then he will have to call the police and remove our stuff from the room and we wouldnt be able to stay there. A little confused, we agreed, and after we left they went into our room to check on it Im sure, because the light we turned on was off when we returned. After we returned, we heard commotion in the hallway and the owner was yelling at a guy for throwing a towel (the owner had placed towels under the doors of the smoking rooms, kind of weird) but he threatened to kick them out, insisting "why would you do this to me?" But he instead just got all of the mans information and let them stay, but showed him that his family was watching the security cameras all night long. In my opinion, he was very paranoid that people were going to be drinking in his hotel room and that we were going to trash the place, when all we were looking for was a place to sleep! I dont recommend, the owner is crazy.
