No extra pillows or blankets on premises. Toaster smoked from crumbs and only 1/2 slots worked. No surveys to fill out for my comments. Noisy air conditioner in room and no coffee packets the 2nd day. Even the desk staff could not find any in the breakfast area!
The room was fairly clean.

The hotel met all of my expectations and more. Wonderful. The initial person I spoke to was not going to switch out the room I had to make several phone calls“The hotel was excellent for family travel.

For the price I paid, it served it's purpose. The rooms were clean and adequate. The breakfast was nothing special but it was average for a hotel. However, the customer service was fairly poor. When I arrived, no one was at the front desk. I waited 20 minutes and searched the surrounding area for a desk clerk, but no one showed up. My friends and I were tired of waiting around and went out for a while. When we cam back, someone was finally there to check me in. They had my reservation but botched it in that they initially gave me a 1 bed room, when I went back they changed it and got it right. It was an ok stay. If you're just going to be there to sleep, it's a good value, otherwise I'd recommend somewhere else.

Our reservation was lost for JUne 19th, 22nd and 23rd. This hotel was to be a stopping point in the middle of a trip on both the way there and return trip. When we arrived our reservation was no where, and I aksed about the 22nd & 23rd, they also were not in the system. I Then recieved noshow charges for 2 of the 3 days. Priceline had to argue with a manager named Nita (who was the not so friendly person we dealt with on the way their) to finally get the charges reversed. I am so unhappy with my treatment I am making sure everyone knows how horrible this place is and even though all Super 8 Motels are independently owned and opperated I am contacting them as well.
