I do not for one minute belief the 5 star review of this place. This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. The carpet was dingy and I had to wear my shoes for the entire time. There were stains and spots all over it and it looked like a commercial grade --- just like the ones at work.

The toiletries were a big joke -- 1 oz. bottles of shampoos and teeny weeny soaps that could barely wash your hands.

The sheets were very flimsy and the mattress was very uncomfortable. The surround at the bottom of the bed was hanging off and I almost tripped over it.

When I passed all the other hotels I wondered why I was booked at this one and will take it up with the person at work who made the reservations.

Please, do not stay here.

This is a great place to stay...great location, service, atomsphere and it was affordable. My king-size bed was comfortable..the room was clean and I took advantage of the free shuttle service to Mall of America. The hotel is near so many great restaurants too. Grizzly's, Applebee's, Buffalo Wild Wings, Perkins, and Old Chicago to name a few. The location is the best part of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful when answering my questions. I will be staying here again in November. Definitely a good choice.
