We had a great time at the Country Inn & Suites in Albertville. It was great to relax in the pool and whirlpool after a long day of shopping at the adjacent outlet mall! After that we walked across the parking lot to the nearby restaurant. The breakfast was also wonderful! We had a great stay and will definitely visit again!

This is the second year in the row that my mom & I stayed at this hotel on our annual shopping trip to Albertville, and it won't be the last! We enjoyed the entire stay, right from the check-in experience with the scent of freshly baked complimentary cookies, to the fast and efficient check-out. The room was sparkling clean, very roomy and comfortable. The breakfast that was included was delicious - lots of items available and all were fresh and tasty. All of the staff were very accomodating and friendly. This is a great hotel and a good value also. The location is perfect for a day or two of shopping, you can leave your vehicle in the parking lot and walk to the outlet mall. I highly recommend this hotel, you won't regret it!

Check in was quick and efficient. The rooms were very clean, the beds really comfortable with great linens. Good TV and very large, clean bathroom with an overabundance of towels. Check was also quick - overall a great experience and a great base for shopping at Albertville Mall.

A business is only as good as the people that represent it. I can not say enough nice things about the staff at this hotel.

We arrived at the hotel early after driving for 8-9 hours (left at 3:30am). My wife and infant daughter and I were exhausted and desperately wanted to have a place to rest. Colleen at the front desk worked her magic and checked us in three hours early. She also provided us with a wealth of knowledge about the outlet mall and nearby amenities. She was amazing and made our stay memorable!

The rest of the staff was also fantastic... everyone from housekeeping to the breakfast room coordinator. If you're looking for a place that makes you feel cared for, this is it!

As far as the rooms, pool, etc... I would say this is by no means a five-star hotel, but they also don't claim to be. It is clean, well taken care of and exactly what you need if you're goal is to shop at the Albertville Outlet Mall.
