Very nice hotel. I only stayed one night but it was comfortable and clean. very nice swimming pool. A special thanks to Breanna. I have stayed in many hotels and Breanna was one of the nicest that i have met. thanks again.

We stay at this hotel in Albert Lea every year for a family reunion in April that we hold in the hotel's Hospitality room. We have always had great service and a great time here.

Checked in about noon and got our room right away, we book the same room each year (224) a two room whirlpool suite. Things change in the room each year and this year it had a King size bed (like always) and two pullout sofa sleepers. The room is nice but gets worn a little more each year and one of these years the property could probably use a renovation.

The staff were excellent and accommodated all of ours, and our family's requests. The staff here is always wonderful and makes our stay and reunion that much more enjoyable.

Like always, we will be back next year!

Do not recommend this hotel to anyone! Our "non-smoking" room was so smokey that considered checking out at 4:00AM, but since we were in town for a family funeral had no choice but to stay. Window could not be opened to let in fresh air; carpet was dirty and we questioned wheter the bed sheets had actually been changed . We stay in hotels over 50 nights per year...this is the worst we have ever had. Prices are not cheap so one would expect much better. Non smoking rooms are adjacent to smoking rooms...talk about poor planning.

Also hotel has no elevator so you will need to carry your own luggage up and down steep steps. This is not the hotel for mature travelers or anyone with allergies.
