Well, Where to start!!! This was by far the worst hotel ever. I recommend to anyone to keep on driving and not to even think about staying at this hotel or even to give business to Eric (hotel Manager).
We made reservations with this hotel because of a bachelor/bachelorette party. The group was staying here so thats the only reason we stayed here! We were supposed to be in a block but all the rooms were spread out and the hotel was not even in the slightest busy! Upon making reservations, everyone got the run around because one second they were full and the next they weren't.
Our checkin- We reserved a room with 2 queen beds, so you would assume it sleeps four, right? Guess again, They charge extra. It was $10.00 per person after 2. After paying, they had each guest sign these ridiculous contracts. We paid it, signed them and moved on. They gave us our room keys and we went up to our room to find out it was not even cleaned yet!!! Back down we go.
They apologized and gave us a different room. When we opened the door, our first view was the curtains falling off the wall. Kinda tacky but whatever. We informed the front desk so we would not be charged and they apologized once again. We got all our stuff in and started to set up. My fiance checked out the bedding and realized both beds had large urine stains on them and that the blankets were not even washed!!!! This was nasty, what hotel (besides this one, does this). My fiance brought the blankets down to the front desk and once again, they apologized!!!
My sister and I opened the frig and found mold. Good thing we had a cooler since the hotel doesn't know how to clean or keep things clean.
Our room was not vacuumed, there were beer bottle caps and pills on the floor and used tissues under the bed!! Horrible, absolutely disgusting!!! We have a 5 year old and would have been scared to keep her in the room.
Most of all, the topping on the cake, we found a porn magazine in the dresser drawer!!!! If you did clean, wouldn't you check them? Not this hotel!!!
The pools had scum around the edges, mostlikely from not being clean.
Upon checkout, my fiance told the front desk clerk that this was our worst hotel experience ever!!!! Ten minutes down the road, we got a voicemail stating they would like to fix this problem and resolve this matter.
Its been over a month of dealing with ERIC, the hotel manager, and he has refused to return our phone calls. We asked to be credited the $96.00 we paid to stay in a nasty hotel and yet he has credited us. Horrible customer service!!!!
Not only was our room nasty, two of our friends rooms had spiders in them, not small spiders but large ones and unchanged bedsheets and dirty floors as well!!!
Continental breakfast was a joke, EVERYTHING is frozen or STALE!!! Nothing fresh or even cold. Milk and juice- Warm!!!
You know, we signed these contracts and held up our end but they can't even make good on their end. No business out there today should be in business with this kind of ethics!!!
If you are a family, do not check into this hotel. Rooms are unsafe to small children, they are unsanitary and customer service is absolutely horrible starting with the hotel manager, ERIC!!!
Filed a report with the Better Business Bureau and Ripoffreport.com, all because ERIC would not try to make HIS hotel Stay in Semi-Good standings. Tells you what kind of person he is, a money-hungry greedy person!!!!
If you work for him, I would find a new boss!!!!!
