Housekeeping at this hotel is terrible. Three night stay. We had to beg for fresh towels (finally got them at 4 p.m.) and new rolls of toilet paper. Beds were just thrown together rather than made nicely. No trash baskets emptied...ever. Maintenance was at fault, also, for a fire alarm in the middle of the night. It rang at about 2 a.m. We spent an hour in the lobby then returned to our rooms. Fifteen minutes later, it began beeping again. It beeped for hours until specialists came. Rumor had it that there was an unresolved glitch with the smoke detectors. Don't know the truth of that, but if it is true, they should have taken care of it earlier. The alarm affected just one section of the hotel, so many in our group didn't even know about it. Many apologies didn't make up for missing 4 hours of sleep the night before. BUT THEY HAD GREAT MATTRESSES!
