Very good service and excellent breakfast. stayed in a 2 room delux suite and the Room was very clean and perfect for my family.

I was very pleased with this hotel. I was able to get a very reasonable rate online and now feel that it was a great deal. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and had a small kitchenette, the breakfast was very good and the property was well maintained. We didn't use the pool or the basketball court but both looked very nice.

We stayed at the Staybridge Auburn Hills on the way to Traverse City from the Metro Airport. Our flight got in very late so we didn't arrive until almost 2am. Nothing in the area was open to grab something to eat, but the front desk clerk found some things for us to munch on until breakfast the next morning. The next morning we got up later than expected (due to our late night arrival) and missed breakfast by about 25min. They brought out some things so we could get a quick breakfast in before setting back out on the road. It was SO nice that they went the extra mile to help us. This is the kind of service that sets a good hotel apart from average ones! I travel a lot on business and I have to say that this hotel understands it's the small things that can make a difference.

The room was more than we were expecting - a kitchenette, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Everything was well maintained. We would definitely recommend this place to both business travellers as well as families!

Excellent location. Minutes away from malls and outlets. Suites are good sized. 1 bed with sofabed. Kitchen was handy. Clean rooms. Free parking. Good for weekkend shopping trips
