The proprietors Paul and Heather run a sensational Bed & Breakfast....rooms were warm and comfortable. Breakfast was stuffed French toast with blueberrys!!! We will definitely be returning!!!

We had such a nice time at the Cobblestone Manor. It is a beautifully restored 1800 farmhouse. It is elegant with beautiful furnishing and it is like stepping back in time when you enter the house. Each room has a fireplace and whirlpool tub which make an excellent start on a night of romance. Would return to this beautiful manor again for a special occasion.

The rooms are lovely here -- though we have certainly had larger ones in some "luxury" inns. We have also had rooms with more surfaces for clothing, bath supplies, etc. than we had here. And we have had inns that offer more special food or baked good "treats". But having said all that, we have never had an inn with friendlier hosts, and the breakfasts were excellent. We enjoyed our visit for those reasons in particular. The conversation around the breakfast table with our fellow guests was enjoyable and stimulating, so much so that we got a late start on our planned activities. Breakfast is around one big table, so it's a good inn for people who like to socialize with each other in the morning. If you're not morning people, or would prefer to be romantically alone in the morning, you may prefer a different arrangement. As for location, it's in the midst of suburbia, a bit further away from downtown Detroit than some people would prefer, and it's an hour from Ann Arbor. But if you'd like a lovely afternoon near small-town Rochester, the Cobblestone is the place.

This was the first bed and breakfast my husband and i stayed at. It was easy to find, local, and relaxing. The area actually couldnt have been better due to the closeness of Great Lakes Crossing and restaurants in the area. Overall, the experience was very relaxing. We will definitely return.
