Now I'm staying this hotel right now. This hotel does not provide house keeping and Security.
First night is non problem.
But today, I came back hotel, I sow Unbelievable situation!
1. The room door is OPEND!!!! Maybe House keeper forgot close the door...
2. No change the sheet. Only lay out.
3. Does not pick up laundry.
4. No provide new towel

I'm not recommended this hotel if you require safety and comfortable...

Holiday Inn Suites in Ann Arbor has a great location. It is just one street away from the Briarwood Mall which has lots of dining choices, it is right off the I94 State Street exit in Ann Arbor and it is located just a few miles from the University of Michigan main campus. The rooms are clean and the furniture is up to date. The heating system is controled by thermostat on the wall so room temp was comfortable. The suite rooms have a separate sitting room with microwave, fridge and coffee maker along with a desk and sofa. The bedroom is separate and the bathroom was very large with whirlpool tub and separate oversize shower. This is a good place to stay for business or if you are a parent with student(s) at the University of Michigan.

Everytime we visit Ann Arbor, this is our place to stay. Excellent service by all. Very clean. Quiet. A little bit of a at home atmosphere.

The Holiday Inn & Suites of Ann Arbor is the only place to stay in Ann Arbor. The hotel sits right off the highway and is just a short drive to University of Michigan. This Holiday Inn is MUCH NICER than the older one on the North Side of town. The staff is great, the beds are wonderful, and it's clean!! I have never had any problems when staying here and the staff just makes you feel like you're at home. Especially Shannon, the front desk girl. She is lovely.
