Friendly staff that went out of their way to help me have a nice stay. Due to platinum status with priority I was upgraded to a very large suite with a bath with a jacuzzi tub. Great TV's in both rooms. Bath was also very large with a walk in shower and the aforementioned tub. The bed was very comfortable and all items in the suite appeared to be new and in very good working condition. The lobby was attractive and well kept.

The only con was the food, room service was fast and accurate, however the food was borderline awful. Dried out salmon and rice and somehow uncooked rice was in my salad and almost broke my tooth.
Overall a great hotel and i will definitely stay here again. I will go outside the hotel to eat and there is a large number of choices in the area.

The day we arrived it was pouring rain and the hotel staff let me park my motorcycle under the covered entrance

Our stay here was overall very nice. Rooms clean/ good location. Our only issue was breakfast. Most holiday inns include breakfast with the rate but not this one. It was not told to us upon registering nor was it posted anywhere. We proceeded to the breakfast area in the morning and ate from the buffet and was told it would be 6.99. It was a lousy buffet with ice cold
sausage. If we would have known we would have ate elsewhere.

We booked this hotel for our 3 day stay in Ann Arbor on my daughter's graduation.

Price-wise it was very steep as they hiked rates for the special event and all Hotels in the area were absolutely full. I’m sure we will still fondly remember the stay we had there.

The service and facilities were impeccable. The room we had was spacious and pretty, the breakfast is good
