I stayed here one night in September, 2011. I had an unusual and prickly travel problem that Kim and Brandon, the front desk clerks were able to help me resolve quickly and with style. They also accommodated me with printing my travel documents. Had dinner in the bar of the hotel -- good food, better service. This hotel is older, but very clean and the service was wonderful - a great pick!

A nice holiday in with holidome. Nice pool/sauna/whirlpool and game room. It would be nice if most of the games were working

We stayed one night at the HI-Alpena and were very impressed. The large courtyard area with pool and mini golf was great - excellent for families to unwind.

The Alpena Holiday Inn is one of the friendliest hotels I've stayed at. Everybody was so nice. I'll definatley stay there again. : o)
