Room smelled moldy had trouble sleeping due to allergies. Good continental breakfast nice shower mattress was old. Near apple bees which gets packed close to walmart

I traveled up to Alpena to meet a friend and I needed a place to stay for a few hours. Just a place to shower, take a nap, and entertain my friend. The staff was very friendly and since I'd be napping in the afternoon found me a very quiet room in the back. Later in the evening there was some traffic in the hall (mostly kids on the way to the pool) but that did not bother my friend and I.

I checked out about 3am and since I paid cash I had to leave a deposit. The desk clerk was so nice in refunding my deposit without checking the room. I will definitely use this hotel again on future trips.

I stay at this hotel a few times a year on business trips, and everytime I stay here, the staff is always very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, nice ammenities, just an overall nice hotel for the money. Even the continental breakfast is good. Very nice hotel.

My family and I stayed at the Alpena Days Inn on a recent trip to visit family. We were impressed with the property's cleanliness, rates and service. The kids enjoyed the pool while we enjoyed some peace and quiet.

Definitely check out the Fletcher Street Brewery. Great beer and atmosphere.
