This is the most disgusting hotel that i have ever been to.. Unless you like the smell of MOLD and MILDEW and the occasional ROACH walking by you. I would suggest staying in your car in a parking lot rather then staying in this non renovated hell hole... I met the owner as well VIPEN KHETERPHAL he has no idea what he is doing, all he can say for a excuse is it is a work in progress. Place should be torn down it is a health hazard to all that stay there.

Looked up this hotel online. Carpet was stained in a "recently renovated" room. Hotel desk shared that there were young children there who trashed the carpet. Went back to the room to find non working phone ("we've been working on it since Thursday"), TV that was buzzing when off and loudly buzzing when turned off, and sheets and mattress pads that had cigarette holes in them. Hostess reluctantly let us see 2 other rooms. One had popcorn from the ceiling all over the bathroom and the other smelled like vomit. Ended up leaving at 11 PM in our pajamas and finding another hotel. Will NOT go back..

This establishment has not told one thing that is true about being remodeled. Apparently, they just open after waiting a year for permits, etc to open. Nothing has been remodeled. You can tell that the walls in the lobby have been re-textured and painted. Our room had been retextured and poorly to hide the original wall and painted a terrible canary yellow but stains were coming through, especially around the ceiling on all sides. Carpeting had burn marks in. They offered other room but none were better and some were worse than what we can. Guests are smoking in there rooms or standing in the doorways so, the smoke get's sucked back in. Best was walking into our room and killing a huge bug that crunched under foot and 3 flys. Then because the room was so bad, we pulled back the sheet to check them out. human hair, crumbs etc and then pulled further back and there was the detroit news paper with an Oct 22, 2010 date on it. The day before we arrived! GROSS< GROSS!! They are not ready for any occupancy. He's trying to get cash flow because he's lost money while it sat for over a year! They need to CLEAN, truly renovate and then open. They clearly are not ready!!!

First of all - the review from "Vipen"...........he's the owner. In an extended family stay, many of us left immediatly. Other's had rooms with blood on the walls, bugs, The Detroit Free Press "tucked" inside their bed, and all of the rooms smelled gross. The sheriff came due to a theft, and the "indoor swimming pool" - let's just say an empty, delapidated concrete hole in the ground doesn't constiute a swimming pool.The phones, internet and cablevision were all broken - in all rooms. Do yourself a favor, STAY ELSEWHERE..................EVEN IF IT MEANS SLEEPING IN YOUR CAR !!
