It was adviced in our german guide book about Bolivia, as the owners are german.
We arrived around 21h, and only the guard was there, a yound bolivian.
We paid 140 bol for a matrimonial with private bathroom, and for this price the breakfast is included....except on sunday morning the guard told us: bad luck for us that were spending saturday night there. The room was old fashion-european style, directly as the street so we couldn't open the window, and the smell is the room was quite bad.
We changed hotel the day after for the Hostel Amigo, on the same street, that was not more comfortable but at least much cheaper !
