The Sheraton was the most beautiful and relaxing hotel that we have visited in a long time. The entire staff was wonderful - from the front desk to the waiters and the pool attendants. The hotel is immaculate and the rooms quiet and comfortable. The views from our balcony were incredible. We would definitely return and be pampered again!

Well, I and my wyfe use to travell a lot and always stays in five stars hotels. This one is one of the very good ones. There was only one thing. In the balcony was a small hole in the roof. Nothyng too ugly.

We checked into the Sheraton Miramar without any problems. I pre-paid for a standard room via expedia, but was pleasantly surprised that we were upgraded to a "gold" room, which was a corner room with a fabulous balcony. Very nice amenities and very clean room. The room was so nice, we were tired from our trip and decided to treat ourselves to room service. It was well prepared and prompt delivery.

Probably the best thing we did was contract the third party tour services located right next to the main desk, where we were able to arrange two tours and where our transportation to and from the hotel to Santiago airport was done seemlessly. I would definitely come back to the Sheraton, especially because the location right on the ocean is spectacular.

The location is great & the breakfast experience enjoyable, with a varied offering each day. However, given the cost & it's star rating, not as pleasant a stay as I'd hoped for. We had made 2 bookings for the whole family, one via the hotel's website & the other via Expedia. The direct one was all good, the Expedia one not so. It was necessary on 2 different occasions to produce the e-mail copy of my reservation to ensure I got the deal I had paid for already. I was never convinced that we got a superior room, but ran out of fight! I suggest that you double check on your reservations, in detail, with the hotel before you arrive & keep a printout with you - as without it the hotel will try to make you pay more.
The no free wifi in rooms is a joke & the Sheraton needs to join the rest of us in 2012 - all teenagers need this - not just businessfolk who will pay more.
