This hotel is centrally located in Vina del Mar. A few mins walk from the beaches, but we prefered to stay where the locals are. Hotel looks good from the outside and the inside is also really good. Our room was big, very clean and with a comfortable bed. Wifi did not work so well and the signal was often quite weak. Breakfast was perfect and we did not miss anything!!! The best of this place is the staff, who are really attentive and understands how to deal with customers. For example did the laundry get delivered on half the time, each time!! The staff at reception and in the lobby were really serviceminded and helped us out in no time...
If visiting Vina del Mar, this is the place to stay at!!

Let's begin with the good things: free parking and free wifi. The breakfast is ok, served in a nice looking area. Unfortunately the air conditioner doesn't work, so they offered a fan for us and never brought it, it was extremely hot in November. The location is rather ugly, I didn't feel safe walking in the neighborhood there at night, but during the day it is a good 5-10 minute walk to the area where all the restaurants are located, pubs and of course the beach and the casino. The bed is great though. However I would only reccomend it if you are there to go to the Festival because it is located at walking distance from Quinta Vergara. The staff was mostly friendly and brought suggestions that were very welcome in terms of restaurants, however one young man was obviously bothered that I couldn't get my wifi connection to work, so that was not nice.

First off, if you want an ocean view, this is not the place for you. However, you can walk to a very nice beach in ten minutes, and inexpensive buses to almost anywhere you want to go, including Valparaiso (a 15 minute journey) and the central bus station, stop frequently right outside the front door. We booked a double room and got a luxuriously appointed suite with a whirlpool bath at no extra charge. How's that for lagniappe? The included breakfast buffet is sumptuous.

Excelent Breakfast dor starters. Service was nice and I wish I could stay more, but they changed to another hotel. I first had a triple then a double room.
