“By Far The Very Best Hotel We Have Ever Stayed In !!!!”

We stayed in the InterContinental Residence Suites for two weeks in Oct 2010. On arrival the staff were extremly attentive, very friendly and could do no more for myself and my family. The location in Dubia is perfect as nowhere is more than a taxi ride away, and taxis are not expensive. The swimming pool facilities at the neighbouring InterContinental Hotel are fabulous, and you get free transport to and from this hotel which takes no more than 5 mins. The Italian Restaraunt in the lobby is amazing, had the best meal of our entire vacation here!!!!! The hotel room itself (we stayed in a 2 bed apartment) was truly perfect. The beds were a dream, have never slept so well, the kitchen was great although we did eat out most of the time. Our children loved the full range of TV channels and going swimming every day. All in all, I would highly recommend the Intercontinental Residence Suites, and we will hopefully be returning again next year for another visit.

“Great Apartments - ideally located”

I have stayed in the InterContinental Residence Suites for a month now and I must say that it feels like home. The team here is great and look after my every need. There is an Italian restaurant with the best Pizza and a fantastic, if slightly quiet at times, bar on the 17th floor.
The gym and pool is on the 17th floor also and never too busy, but one of the best things is the easy access to Festival city and restaurants, bars and shops galore. I can recommend the Belgian Cafe and also the Brunch in Anise at the InetrCon - all very good.

“The best appartments in Dubai”

The friendliest staff and warmest welcome from a hotel coupled with great food, superb state-of-the-art facilities and superb accomodation. Great house-keeping and a knoledgable concierge team. Highly recommended and can't wait to return.

“The Best Serviced Apartments In Dubai”

The Intercontinental Residence Suites is a brand new facility offering the best you can get in terms of services apartments. Superb apartments, superb services, superb views, superb location.

If you are looking for a long stay in Dubai, this is it.

“Top quality, fantastic value staff are very efficient and friendly”

Myself and my colleagues stayedhere for 4 months and were very impressed, Intercontinental quality, relaxed atmosphere, great facilities Gym, Jacuzzi, indoor pool.

Location is 10 minutes from Airport, 20mins from Burj Kalifa and 5 minuites from Festival City Mall.

Bonus is having free transfers to Festival City Mall and Intercontinental Hotel, plus discounted rates at one of the best golf courses in Dubai Al Badia.
