On arrival and checking we found that our card had already been debited as a no show, this was done the day prior to our arrival date, The room was spacious and reasonbly clean , the self catering kitchen had no utensils or crokery , we where informed the previous resident had stolen the items, we made do with what they could give us.
Breakfast was a disaster, one sausage one egg some toast and coffe. The adverts on the web site and in the hotel offered Shuttle transport to shops and beach, Kiddies club non of which were avaiable. The management mostly new were friendly but unable to help. The location is difficult as it is not really close to any amenities 1000 metres to Metro okay in winter not good in summer. Very few taxis new the location and we relied on our own guidance in many cases. Overhaul it is spacious the lifts work but the facilities need some work.

The hotel is excellent for those wishing to visit Dubai. Its proximity to various places of interest in Dubai makes it a perfect place to stay. The staff are very courteous and friendly. The hotel is well located in Bur Dubai

It was a fantastic break, and the credit goes to my stay at Bavaria Executive Suites.

The apartment was very comfortable. In fact we felt like staying indoors rather than sightseeing, and extended our stay by one more night. Wish we could stay longer.



I will definitely come back to Bavaria during my next visit to DXB. I have already recommended your hotel to many of my colleagues and friends.
