Stayed here alone on a layover (48 hrs in Dubai) as a SPG member and was upgraded to a suite by the lovely lady at reception, what a suite it was, I didn't want to leave. The room was HUGE and so clean and luxurious. The staff were so friendly and breakfast was good. Value for money even without the suite is definitely there. I will be back. Thank you for an amazing stay.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, it was very busy, so breakfast was a bit chaotic but my room was very large and comfortable. One word of note is that there are 3 maybe 4 four points by sheraton hotels in Dubai, make sure you are reviewing the correct one and be careful when ordering taxis to the hotel as it can be confusing! For this hotel just say four points by sheraton mankhool and they will understand where you mean. The hotels location is good for the dubai creek and the metro station is about a ten minute walk to get you to the malls etc. However Jumeirah beach is a bit of a hike away. Over all though this is a good option for a short break in Dubai, the pool area is nice after a days sightseeing and the bar is very good for a few late drinks, would i recomend this hotel yes but please beware which four points you are reviewing.

just came from kuwait and visit dubai for a business trip. the hotel was recommended by the agent based in kuwait. the service is just nice, i think they sincere of the people at the hotel is counted. the product is also good enough for a business. even located in the middle of the city but the room is quite. the only issue maybe the noise from the airconditioning. i did not asked the management to fix but i guess because it is too quite at night, the only sound that you can hear is from the airconditioning.
The taxi is very easy to find. there are few hotel cars that stand by outside the hotel. the pricing is double compare to a normal taxi in town. but again, they give you more service and the convinience.
I like the breakfast, just avoid to have breakfast at 930am, it will be too crowded and difficult to find the seats. the manangement should look into this aspect.
Other than that, just fantastic.

Very neat and clean hotel from enterence to the room very hepfull valat parking guys and bell boys , very helpfull reception staff ,very neat and clean rooms . Its serving five star aminities in 4 star grade
