I chose Monarch hotel regarding to the reviews which I read on TripAdvisor.com
I was afraid because I did not hear about this hotel before.

When we arrived me and my mother, they welcomed as and we had a great service from the first minute of leaving the taxi till we arrived to our room.
The receptionist "Mr. Mu'atasim" was very nice with us and he gave us late check out because our flight was on 9:30 PM. So, we left on 5:30. (We really appreciate this good service in understanding customers needs).

The lobby was amazing, big and classy, and the staff were very very very friendly. I can remember one of them, (Riyadh) he was very friendly and helpful.

The room was fabulous, great value and unforgotten experience <3
I liked the size of the room, the furniture, the decoration and the the hygiene. Machallah we did not find any mistake!
The bathroom was amazing, but my only complain that we did not find water pipe for washing specially it is a hotel located in Arabic and Islamic country. So, kindly provide it in the bathrooms.

The location and the view were great ! 10 minutes to metro station on walk.

you are near of Dubai mall, the taxi charged us only 12 AED to take us to dubai mall. but when we return they charged us more because it is different way.

I really liked the hotel, and I recommend it to ALL TripAdvisor members.

this hotel is one of the most underrated i have come across. the rooms are huge. the food is absolutely brilliant and you can actually get some very good deals at this hotel. i highly recommend it although it isnt part of any hotel chain. its location is also a very big plus.

i stayed for two night in jan 2012 in this hotel, the room is big the bathroom is very nice, i realy liked the room, 5-8 min walking to the metro, price was reasonable around 230$ including tax,
i recommend the hotel, but the only thing is that no tools to make coffe and tea in the room

I have to admit that I stayed here during a work trip, so I did not use any facilities other than the room. The lobby is stunning and the rooms are nicely designed, large and very comfortable. The staff were friendly to me and arranged transport as I needed it- even a last minute trip out to Jebel Ali.

I must have got a good internet rate as I tried to stay here again in October 2011- as much as I enjoyed my first stay I could not justify a room rate 3 times higher than the first stay.
