Pros-
Rented a large 3 bedroom apartment for half of the premium beach hotels.

Private balcony that ran the length of the apartment
In the heart of new Dubai, minuets to Emirates mall (inside ski resort), Atlantis, Burj Kalifa (Tallest building in the world)
Great desk help, the security guys went above and beyond to help us also
Great Marina views and local shops and food close by
Cons-
NO WIFI, the hard line is only located in the master suite
The glass shower door in the spare bedroom is of poor design, flooded the restroom
Hard place to find, tucked behind larger buildings
Master tub was small, no room to really soak and relax
Need better TV and washer instructions in their room guide book
No balcony chairs or table
Gym was down for maintance our whole stay (but they offered the gym at a nearby hotel)

Very clean and specious apartments close to Dubai Marina.

We wanted to be close to shops and restaurants on Jumerah Beach Rd, and the Nuran Marina was a cheaper option than some of the other hotels such as the Sheraton, Hilton etc. It wasn't directly in the heart of everything, but was only a five minute walk. It was also only a couple of minutes walk from the Metro, which was convenient for getting to other parts of the city. Our experience was a bit biased because our studio room had been booked so they upgraded us to a three bedroom apartment! It was an apartment building rather than a hotel, so no restaurants or spa, but great service, a pool, gym, and very clean and modern. No wireless in room, and their business center consists of a single computer, but i never had to wait to use it. Taxi driver had a bit of the hard time finding it, so remember to take the address with you.

This is a 8 floors apartment hotel in an area full of skyscraper. The location of the hotel is neat cause it has access to many directions ( highway, JBR, Marina,...etc). The view is at the marina for some 1 & 2 bedrooms but not the studios though. The studios are spacious and comfy and has large private balcony. I liked the 1 bedroom apartments when I took a look at it and recommend it. There are many restaurants around. You will have your private parking spot so you will not worry about it. At night the are is quite and bed is comfortable. Every room has a full equiped kitchen. Generally I enjoyed staying there.
