Stayed there for almost a week.
The real hotel owner(whoever it is) has obviosly paid a license fee to use the name Dusit. It is an average cookie cutter Dubai hotel apartment located in a dust-bowl which is a 15 minute walk to Mall of Emirates.
The Dusit chain should really be careful and think twice when they license their name to average hotels such as this, as the Pearl Coast cheapens the Dusit brand significantly.
The staff at the hotel are certainly not Dusit material. They are unfriendly introverted folks who are more concerend with playing on the internet than greeting guests and providing the good service you would expect from a Dusit.
As mentioned before, the pool is really just a desolate looking small plunge pool, and not something worth using. The restuarant onsite was empty the whole time i was there, never saw a single customer or staff in the restaurant.
Its an ok place to stay if you get it for the right(very cheap) price, but dont expect it to really be a Dusit hotel.
