We had a pleasant stay yes the location is not the best but , all excellent we had a good over night with reasonable rate and quality,

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was pure bliss. Ancy and Thomas are warm and accommodating and provided helpful information for getting around. Breakfast was a fantastic spread every morning. Location was very splendid for us as we were usually out all day and coming back to quiet and peace away from Dubai's lively metropolis was great.
Their dog, Biscuit is delightful and funny.

Near the airport so no worries about being stuck in traffic on your return to the airport. Airport also has metro so you can get about fairly easily. However, if I went again I would stay somewhere more central. Excellent b and b with gorgeous room, lovely balcony adorned with bougainvillea, handy supermarket about 10 mins walk away, but no restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast superb. Houseboy was very kind and helpful as owners away on hospital visit. Free internet. Highly recommended.

We were really pleased with Villa 47. It was excellent value for money and a convenient location. It's about 10 mins from the airport and 15 mins taxi ride to the City Centre (fare approx £4 each way). The room, which was en-suite was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was second to none - cereal, juice, fresh fruit, yoghurt, omelette & tea or coffee, served every day with a smile ! Would recommend the 'big bus tour' which is 'hop on hop off, for finding your feet, you get the history of the city and it saves on taxi's everywhere and you get free entry to a few sites and cruiz up the river - we loved the city/beach mix, and special thanks to Ancy & Thomas - you made our stay a very pleasurable experience.
