Stayed one evening on the way to Bangladesh. Clean room, quiet and dark. Just what our family of four needed after the long flight from the U.S.
The hotel provided a baby crib but it wasn't the safest or most baby proofed crib but it was a nice touch. Connecting rooms were also really helpful, fresh fruit and water nice too.
Our only complaint: we asked for a meet and greet at our gate to help us navigate security and find the hotel. nNoone from the hotel was there and there were no signs how to find the hotel until the terminal. we finally found the hotel and then waited in a long long line to check in only t be told that our roons were interminal three. We had to walk with a newborn baby and a screaming toddler for more than 20 minutes to the terminal three and thenit took another 20 minutes to get us checked in. Unacceptable. The hotel could have communicated to us by email the location of our rooms and thenperhaps provided a little golf cart style cart t get us to the room. We were totally exhausted and it was rather awful to have to lug everything so far without more help.
All said though I would stay there again if I had to do the trip over.

I was traveling with my 2 boys rather than waiting in the airport for 5,5 hours my husband suggest that we book a room in the airport. Room is nice & clean, glad that I can refresh my self at nice shower & clean bathroom, the amenities is good the air con a bit loud. My boys are very happy with the food that we ordered from room service, tasty, quick delivered & price is good. I would highly recommended the hotel for family since Dubai airport is big and crowded it is nice for the children & I to have a privacy before another long flight. The staff pick us up as soon as we get out from the bus bring us to the hotel and help us to chek in & check out accompany us until the gate (excellent service). In less than 3 weeks I will fly with my mom via Dubai to Europe again looking forward to have a nice rest at this hotel.

Overall the hotel was reasonable. Very dissapointed that the room I booked for 5 hours (booked direct by email to hotel) would have been cheaper if I had booked for 6 hours.

Rooms was fine. Not sure If I should stay here or somewhere else on my return trip in July now.

If you want to splash out some money resting between flights at Dubai airport, this is a must. You do not need to go through passport control. Enjoy four star facilities, a personal welcome and an excellent buffet at the The Gallery restaurant and arrive at your next flight well rested and in a good physical condition!
