My stay at midwest hotel apartments was the most terrible experience i ve ever had and i traveled a lot. first on check in it turned out they charged us more, not sure why but it was approximately £50 more, for 6 days stay i changed 4 rooms, as there is a common door with the neighbour apartment and if you have noisy neighbours you can`t sleep. at the reception weren`t very helpful , heartless yes ma'am , ok ma'am we will tell them in the morning didn`t help 3 nights in a row i had to call and go down personally . the bathrooms are dirty, receptionists incompetent or careless, the cleaner came in anytime,no matter label don`t disturb was hanged outside.the television didn`t work despite promises they didn`t bother to do something.only the concierge tried to be helpful. i don`t think that the proximity to the metro station and the big mall can compensate all other hassles. I wouldn`t recommend this hotel

We arrived at the Grand Midwest Hotel Apartments at 3am having been delayed. Our 2 bed apartment was not ready for us and we were given 1 studio and 1 bed apartment and assured we would not have to pay for them by the manager on duty.
We were not happy but tired and went to bed.

The next morning we discovered the substandard, unclean and unkept accomodation ( there was left over food in the kitchen presses in one apartment) we were allocated. We immediately informed the manager on duty who was totally uninterested and down right rude he refused to make eye contact. He offered us a 2 bed apartment which we inspected and found to be not up to the standard we expected from DELUXE accomodation. It was filthy!!!!

We decide to leave the Grand Midwest and found this to be difficult. We rang your company and the lady my son spoke to was helpful and said she would send an email to the manager stating we could have a refund. The manager refused to deal with the representive of the company we used to book this property.
The manager was rude, unhelpful and mostly disrespectful to all of my family.

We had to pay for one nights stay in the appalling place and endure the rudeness of the manager for 3 hours before he allowed us to depart.
I work in the service industry and could not understand this lack of respect for customer service, I would suggest this hotel be removed from your list.

DONT STAY IN THIS horrible hotel asking 300 dhs a night with no serivice all staff member including house keeping, room service and front desk they have no manner and if you complain them about your room they will answer you THIS IS NOT YOUR HOME SIR OUR HOTEL IS HOW IT IS ...lol (? SAID BY ABUBAKER FRONT DESK MALLU GUY)
i was staying in one bed room with no door of the room , no safe deposit box , tv was not working , and bath room was licking meaning u cant walk in i just passed my 16 days as there was no other option for me because of cristmas all the hotel were booked every day same old menu taste less food and room service doesnt know how to smile tehy work in the way that they are doing a huge favour for you
dont dont even know how to treat guests
my check out was 17 of decmeber as i paid all my 17 niight on first day they close my internet on 16 saying that you check out is on 17 and we cannot help you with this if u want to buy more hours please pay extra money after listing this leave me no choice but to check out with this hotel with in an hour and now i am paying 250dhs for one bed room with all the nessecary need
and the guy work on front desk is kind of person u can just beat him his name is ABU BAKAKER A MALLU GUY the only guy was cooprative is the bell boy pakistani guy who is from karachi pakistan i think if he will become the operation manager the hotel can work better
all the staff and management need to learn from that pakistani bell boy who know how to welcome guest

PLEASE DONT STAY IN THIS HOTEL

We stayed for 5 nights and during that time had 3 different room changes. The first room we were given at check-in was a converted storeroom and so had none of the things our booking said we had paid for - kitchen etc.
By far the worst experience we had was when we returned to our new room one afternoon to find workmen in there quite literally jack-hammering the wall! All our clothes, cameras, computer, bed, shoes - EVERYTHING was completely covered in thick white dust! The management were less than easy to deal with and unable to explain to us why they had let workmen into a room while guests were staying in it!
If that wasn´t bad enough we also got bed bugs from staying in this hotel!
NEVER STAY HERE!
