Its a dirty dirty hotel. The first room they booked us into, had flithy bed sheets with food stains on it. The bathroom sink clogged up after my kids brushed thier teeth. The plumber was called who discovered a CONDOM in the drain. The bathroom was so dirty that it felt like it had nbot been cleaned for days. We complained to the manager to no avail. My husband finally made them switch us to a new room. It was slightly better, but the bathroom tub was broken and a bath mat was placed over it strategically to hide the hole(not crack, a hole) The towels and bed linen smelled bad all three days that we were there. All in all, a terrible place.

Stayed 9 days. Close to the Burjman Mall & the Metro. There's a small grocery store directly across the street. Room was large. Pricey internet, but the speed was ok. Not bad for the money. Hotel transportation to the airport was in line with the taxi prices. If you're travelling light, use the metro.

We stayed there in october and infact, was very worry about our decision! but, now I can tell that we took what have been payed for . Spacious rooms and kitchen, clean and suitable bed, car parking and reasonable room facilities are available. This hotel has been placed in a very good area to access Dubai trading centers. I recommend this place for economic trips to Dubai with family ( and enting a car ) with outdoor plans. never count on indoor services like resturants.
I think the awful part of staying in this hotel is asking something frome room service. you will rarely have it !

If you are staying in Dubai for a week or more I recommend this hotel. The staff is not particularly helpful with the exception of the driver and Ragoo the bellhop a $5 tip and Ragoo was my friend for life. If you want to order anything to your room other than room service they have no brochures so you will have to do your own research. The positives are that the price is decent especially if you include the breakfast with your room. They have a small convenience store across the street, a grocery store a block away, and 5 eating establishments within a block. I highly recommend the Oregano restaurant, it is an Italian eatery. The room is spacious, elegant and clean, it has a washing machine/dryer, the kitchen is adequate, the view is nice, the pool is nice and the gym is better than many hotels. The restaurant food is good and not incredibly pricey. It is close to the JBR area which is very nice to visit without the high price tag. You can get a ride to almost anywhere for around 10 UAE dirhams.
