We had an absolutely fantastic time in Dubai and the highlight was our stay in The Grosvenor House Hotel. This hotel is out of this world in terms of comfort and level of service. We stayed in a fabulous junior suite with views of the marina and the most comfortable beds imaginable. B'Attitude (the spa) in Tower 2 is wonderful, the pools are great and we also used the shuttle service to go to the beach.
The Buddha Bar for style, cocktail, sushi/sashimi and people watching was so much fun and the Skyview Bar was good too. Staying Club Level / Level 5 (Tower 2) is a MUST; buffet breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and evening food/drinks reception is all included. We have stayed concierge level in 5 star hotels in Las Vegas and New York but there is no comparison with this hotel. Every single member of staff is an asset and the Management should be commended. From the time we were met at the airport and escorted to our waiting car (BMW) to take us to the hotel, the service was exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in Dubai celebrating a special birthday (the hotel knew this and beautiful flowers, cake and wine were waiting for us in the room when we arrived, i am only sorry that because we were both so tired, we forgot to take a photo!) and we look forward to going back to this wonderful hotel.
Room Tip: You must stay Level 5 / Club Level which includes airport transfer - worth every penny
