The Panorama Deira (not to be confused with its sister hotel, the Panorama Bur) is a very basic budget hotel.
The rooms are worn down, and this affects the general cleanliness. The room had just been repainted when I stayed. And there was a strong paint smell which didn't really improve the overall experience.
The location is not bad, if you want to be in Deira, but nothing spectacular.
I never returned. You can do much better.

I have seen a lot of hotels but nothing like this one.. even if you decide to pay Dhs 100 for this hotel, trust me its way too much. We arrived at this Filthy hotel a day late due to heavy snow in Paris, our flight was delayed by a day. After arriving late at night, around 2am, we were told that the hotel is full due to the busy weekends where all the dirty and filthy people comes to PANORAMA DEIRA HOTEL to spend time with dirty prostitutes who works at the low class filthy night club within the hotel. I didn’t understand the vibe of the hotel at first, but after reading a review in Trip Advisor of escorts offering their services in the hotel, it all falls into place
I told the manager that i had already made full payment for the duration so why was my booking canceled, he was unable to give me an honest answer.I spoke to the door man and asked him if this is the normal practise of the hotel and he confirmed this happen all the time as they have to give priority to the regulars, mainly low paid asian and arab men who regularly visits this dirty hotel to spend time with local prostitutes.This place is definitely not suitable for families or business travellers even though it is closer to the airport
I emailed asiarooms dot com on my return and they offered to investigate and said they would contact the hotel to demand the full refund. I carried on with my complaint and was offered 2 nights refund but am still waiting for the money. The sooner asiarooms dot com remove this hotel from their website, the better its brand will grow espesially with class hotels such as Crowne Plaza sheik Zayed Rd (one of the best hotels ever stayed) and the opening of the new Crowne Plaza at Festival City (which is cheaper than this Brothel). Did i mention that the night club was also filled with women selling thereselves? There are plenty of hotels in Dubai and I suggest looking elsewhere. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FILTHY BROTHEL..

We have booked it from hotels.com.Price is ok.We have arrived early at morning.There is no problem with early check-in.They gave us room from second floor.But I rejected it due to dance club and I have requested upper floors.The guy at reception is rude about my request ,but He gave me a triple room from third floor.The room was quite large and the air-con worked.But air cond is not adjustable and always works and very noisy at midnigt.If you have some sleeping problems ,Please take your earplugs.Otherwise There is no noise or sound from bar and disco.The bed was comfortable and clean ,but hotel and rooms need a little refurbisment.Bathroom is ok with some acceptance ,water is hot.At midnight hotel reception and around are crowded.,Our accomodation does not include breakfast option.Hotel location is good ,There is Al Ghuarir Shopping Mall opposite the Hotel and Al Rigga Road is very popular for food and drink.There is also Union Metro Station very near the Hotel.If you want to cross creek ,you can goto Baniyas Water Bus station (No Abra) ,walking time is 10 mn.You can goto Creek park at Baniyas Water Bus Station.You can also walk to Al Sabkha Abra station with 25 -30 min.
If you want to connect Internet ,There is a kiosk at hotel reception with charge ,no wifi.There is a wifi connection Starbucks cafe at Al Ghuarir.You can connect with etisalat wassel prepaid card.Overall it was good value.
