Jokers working in this hotel, ashamed for the Habtoor Group!!!!! Disaster from check in to check out, treat guest in the most rude manner and no understanding of hospitality. Will never stay and do not recommend even to come close in this hotel!!!!!!

We stayed there for 3 nights and I just wanted to get out of hotel as soon as possible. The hotel is an Old building with dismal, small rooms. I really expect more from a 4star hotel. Our room was street side so the noise was somehow bothering. (Especially for my husband that is sensitive to noise)
We didn’t have many choices for breakfast and Food was cooked in Indian way with special additives that I don’t like.
The worth thing for me was that no tourism information agency was presented there. Of course the hotel has one agency but no offer for you to plan your holiday or prepare you with a map of city, subway, attractions… no tours, nothing at all. I had to go to the neighbored hotel to subscribe for city tours.
Positive points:

In a glance, the hotel has nothing less than their 5 start sister, Metropolitan Palace, same room decore and ambiance, even a few plus points, like lunch or dinner buffets (CONVENIENTLY STARTING DINNER FROM 6:30), the terrace, centreal location, etc. So why not? The only points that have been mentioned in previous reviews and I came across as well were : 1. Old mattresses on beds were uncomfortable and, 2. If you stay more than 2-3 days (I stayed for 7) food gets a bit boaring. In Winter months the location is really handy since you can even walk to close stores or the Metro station nearby, but if you are travelling is warmer months it is not possible to stay outside, let alone walk in the sun even for few minutes, so the location does not matter then. Service was good, only short of waiters if dining room got busy, had no problem with the reception, actually found them professionals. Room, bathroom and corridors were spotless. I will stay again if they change their mattresses!

its agood located hotel with a really service,the breakfast is good but the launch and dinner buffet is just satisfactionary.reception and most maids are from india or phillipin so sometimes its hard to get what they say because of their accent but they are nice people.the rooms are clean and cozy.
