We stayed for five days in December 2011... Good location connected well by all means like metro, bus and taxi.... Centrally located and all amenities are nearby like Banks, Grocery and all other necessities... Good sized rooms and courteous staff.... Best part is nice food available nearby the hotel.... Great value for money hotel....

There are bars also nearby. It is just another home
When you visit Dubai don't forget to stay here.

we had a 2 bed appartment which also included a laundry. water was leaking out of the laundry, which I notified reception about. after 20 mins waiting we gave up and went out. when we came back we contacted them again. 20 mins later maintenance arrived, looked at it, scratched the head tried turning off taps and put a mat outside the laundry door to soak up the leaking water. that was there solution. by the next day the mat was soaking wet.
we also found the bathroom to be disgusting and there was no toilet paper or towels and the soap look like it had be re-used.

for the first time, i made a booking without checking reviews and i really regret that...the property has gone to seed....the kitchen was smelly, the microwave, toaster, etc. was oily and grimy...the housekeeping staff would clean and not leave fresh bath mats.....altogether, a terrible experience...
