I stayed in LC1 for 3 days. Hotel Corridor is having some smell. Cable quality is very bad. Kitchen is not that much good. It's OK to stay.

The following are the negatives which I noticed with this hotel:

1. Unorganized staff
2. Terrible Terrible Internet. I was there for 15 days and the internet was not working for almost 8 days. Also the connection is very very slow. Pathetic service.
3. Poor Service in terms of response to a query
4. Unhygenic rooms with bad smell around
5. Not value for money .
6. Poor Service at reception. Does not care for the people

Today 26th/Nov/2010 I am here from last three days and for next 2 days.
Working on 7 days business project... Hired place to avoid long travel and traffic.
Likes : Only rates as per area of the hotel
Dislikes: At night internet is very very very slow.... Can't work from net., Location : Taxis are not easily available, requested receptionist to call taxi, not co-operative, Nearest metro station is also around 20 Minutes far., Hotel has only three lifts in lobby... big walk from lift to room.

I stayed here 3 years ago and it was a much better place. It has since gone to seed. I just returned on 19th Nov 2010 after a 5 day stay. Rooms are smelly. Need a coat of paint badly. They say its a furnished apartment but I had to request for all the key items and chase the hotel staff for it. All the items that were supplied were stained, chipped and with paint peeling - oven, toaster, kettle etc etc. The hotel was running full due to Eid and the service was tardy.

Their overall attitude was "What's with you? Do you know we are running full?"

I wouldn't go back here to stay. The location is a killer but you have several properties that can give better service in this area. Some that I can reel off are Golden Sands, Savoy Park / Suites / Crest and the newly opened CityMax Hotels.
