Likes: great location within walking distance to the creek area, clean, good facilities and free newspaper in the morning, staff were very happy to help with phonecalls to book a tour, and showed us how to use the safe, if you buy food to eat from the supermarket there is everything you need to cook it including fridge, stove etc, we arrived at 7am and even though check in wasn't until 2pm they let us go straight to the room which was great because we were very jet lagged from our flight from Australia.

Dislikes: only provided with 1 towel for 3 of us (quad room), very smoky/smelly room - i think it was coming through the AC vents, out booked and confirmed airport pick up didn't show up, we were only given 1 card for the door and it made it a bit difficult for us to go out without co-ordinating with others, no tea/coffee making facilities.

I stayed here with my family during our stay in Dubai. The Indian staff on the first day were very nice but it all went downhill from there. The rest of the time we had to suffer with a Filipino drag queen who acted liked we owed her/her/it (??) a living. In short the service from that person was: "if you don't like it shove it!".

The apartment was dusty, mouldy, dirty and simply not appropriate for a family with young children or anyone with a pulse for that matter! The whole floor stank to high heavens of I don't know what so we requested a move to another room. We informed the staff that we would be out all day and back late and they said that they would move our belonings to the new room.

When we got back with 3 exhausted children we didn't have a new room and were locked out of the first one! I had to move all the luggage and carry my 3 kids because her highness was not allowed to leave the front desk and no staff were available.

We paid for a baby cot that never came and when we asked for a refund I was told that there wasn't one! In the end I contacted Wotif through whom I booked the holiday and they quickly settled the matter for me. A quick word on Wotif, I have never been let down by them, they have really good staff and prices!

Even though the location is good and the Indian staff on the first day were also good, I would never recommend this place to anyone, simple as that.

The apartment was comfortable for my teenage family with modern amenities. The rooms spacious and clean. Staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to ensure that our stay was comfortable. The apartment is centrally situated so getting around was very easy.

My friends and I stayed in this hotel aparments for 5 nights and were very satisfied with all of the services and amenities. The location is just perfect as we were close to everything and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment that was very well equipped and designed. You can clearly tell that it was newly redesigned and met all of our expectations. Two beautiful bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen. 3 balconies gave us a wonderful view of the city. It was just perfect and would recommend this hotel to anyone.
