I spent 4 nights in this hotel with my wife and had booked a double room bt was given two single beds,seriously that was dissapointing. Breakfast was ok not recomending though,staff need to b mo friendly and informative. Rooms quite small,overall i'd gv it a 40 out of 100. IMRAN BAJAFFER

The Hotel took fire at the first night of my arrival. The meals are just Indian, which were awful in my taste. The reception employees didn't have a friendly behavior. The toilet in my room wasn't in a good condition and the safety box was out of order! The quality of services was so awful that I cannot even recommend this hotel to my worst enemies.

This hotel is one of the worst in Dubai. I have been to Dubai many times and im sure you can find 2 star hotels better than this. in short:
- Air con doesn't work properly in ANY room
- Staff are impolite and unhelpful
- Breakfast is terrible
- downstairs bar and the disco are filled with prostitutes and scary looking men, so certainly NOT a family hotel
- location is not the best in Dubai

the only good thing about the hotel is that bars/restaurants are cheap.

Went with a little trepidation having read reviews.......
Service was good right from arrival.
Staff helpful throughout.
Had a prob with aircon so they upgraded us.
Lets be clear here...some of my pals were paying more in Jumeira for one night than I paid for six here!
It is fairly basic,but more than adequate as a base.
