I promised last time I stayed here that I wouldn't post a review because I had a large number of issues, but I am pleased to say that the management has worked hard to improve the standards of service since I was last there in 2010. In 2011 I stayed there on several occasions and the 'little niggles' are being dealt with - free internet now sorted, breakfast service is excellent, and the restaurant on the top floor now has the right staff. Siddarth Verma is a hard-working manager who listens to his customers. The Hyatt frequent stay programme has also been improved. All in all this hotel can reasonably now be recommended to business travellers.More
