Thoroughly enjoying our stay at the Dubai Creek Hilton - staff and housekeeping personnel have done an exceptional job of making us feel welcome and giving attention to our needs anty time we have made a request

My husband and I had an amazing time during the week we stayed there. Hotel service was excellent, always smiling and helpful. We went one day to the Hilton Jumerah, using the transport and service they offer and had a very nice day. BTW, Table 9, a great experience you must try when you there.

Sat in the executive lounge at the Hilton Dubai Creek and cannot praise the staff enough for their smiles, helpfulness and assistance in all areas during our stay. Hotels are a plenty in Dubai, some with mediocre service from staff doing their "job" but not at this hotel. The staff genuinely seem to care about people and go overboard to help... So do yourself a favour when checking hotels out... The staff here really made a difference to our stay... Well be back... Let's hope they have room !

My wife and 9 month child and i stayed here for 7 nights. I think this Hotel offers great value for money. Firstly the Creek location offers some authentic Dubai Compared to the sterility of Jumerah. While i did enjoy Jumerah (you have complementary access to the Hilton Jumerah - which has a private beech) it was the same as being any where else in the world eg carribean/mexico etc. Our room had a lovley view over the creek and while this is primarily a business hotel they accomodated really well for our baby- the swimming pool was properly heated, they gave us a ikea baby high chair for our room (voted best baby high chair in the UK !)
The staff were excellent - special thanks to the staff at glasshouse (Alex, Gaynor, Chris, Ameen, Snehal) the Concierge (momeen, Tejman, etc ) and the wonderful staff at Table 9.
I would reccomend that people dine at Table 9. My only criticism is that they dont advertise Table 9 enough ! This resturants is run by Nick and Scott who were the two main chefs when Gordon Ramsey used to run Verre before it rebranded as Table 9. The food is some of the best I have had as a vegetarian. Both Nick and Scot used to work at clarridges (again this is not advertised !) and the staff even offered to Baby sit while we had our seven course tasting menue (thanks to the lovely lithuanian lady). Please Please advertise this resturant when people check in as I think it offers some of the best modern european food in dubai !
