We went there for one week in the beginning of february. The room was nice and quite big. The bed was wonderful and the service exellent.
The pool area was a little bit small and in beginning of februar not very sunny. We had sun 2-3 hours from 10.30-13.30 because of the high building close by. It was better the last days, but we rather went some days to the beach. The towels at the pool area was only 3 star, a bit tired:)
Internett for free in the resepsjon area, sofa to relax and surf and free parking inside.
We loved our stay, and we woluld love to come back sometimes. it was a wonderful holiday.

Criteria- reasonably priced hotel located not too far from the fully booked hotel my mates were staying at, hopefully decent shower, barheoom, bed, room safety as most of my time would be spent away from my room - basically to be used for sleeping and bathing.

This exceeded my criteria, plenty staff, all very polite and freindly ( does help uf your polite to them too) - bellhop saw me take money out for a tip but he went before i could tip him (new experience for me!). I also asked for an extra clean towel and no probs there.

Room was good enough, no more or less than expected - fruit basket was a nice touch. Carpet did seem unclean but bed was ultra comfy.

Good bar, top indian restaurant, brekkie enough choice to start day.

Location perfect - near metro etc

Only glitch was the coffee maker and tv wasnt working on my last morning. Didnt come to watch tv ( though like it on when im washing / dressing etc), was offered a coffee straight away, so no major problems here.

Would stay here again as there was not one member of staff that was unhelpful or rude - they were very nice from the moment my taxi pulled up.

Things can be unperfect at hotels but knowing staff are helpful and polite means theyll try and sort out any problems that may and can occur.

I got what i wanted from my stay and more. Thank you.

We stayed in fourpoint by sheraton in jan 2012 and had an extremelt bad experience. Extremely pathetic service, rude staff, very non-co-operative. Would not even want to talk about it as their flaws are countless.

The room was comfortable and well furnished with all you would expect. though we only got 2 towels between us, as well as 2 teabags, which I thought was a bit mean. Also, the floor obviously hadn't been hoovered in a while. Apart from that we were pleased with the room. The main problem with this hotel was that they didn't have enough staff. When we arrived there was only 1 person to be found anywhere and he was on reception, swamped. Same story when we checked out. Later, we waited ages in the lobby cafe because the 1 member of staff was run off his feet making coffees and carrying them up to the rooms himself!
The Indian restaurant, however, was magnificent. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection and the service was excellent - they had plenty of staff. As well as that, there were 2 really good musicians playing traditional Indian music while we ate. I would visit this restaurant again but I wouldn't stay at the hotel again.
