i have stayed at this hotel three times and when in dubai its the only place i would consider. i am lost for words this hotel is perfect in every sense. i stayed here last in april 2011 for the easter break. the hotel was at full capacity but it felt like we were the only guest in the hotel.
the cuisine the service is second to none.
The staff are amazing from the management to the housekeeping. the hotel grounds area beautiful also very child friendly. i would recommend this hotel to you all.

This was our 6th visit to the One & Only, our 3rd time staying at the Arabian Court. From the minute you step inside, it is pure luxury and total relaxation. Every restaurant has excellent cuisine, yet the Rotisserie is hard to beat, the chefs quickly get to know & remember you, even the way you like your steaks cooked. The service at this hotel is amongst the best we have received anywhere in the world, they really know how to look after you, rooms are impeccably kept. Every member of staff is a pleasure to know. As usual, we had visits to the Spa, which is a beautiful place to be. My 1st choice would be to stay at the Residence, simply because of the way guests are taken care of by the staff and management team, it was nice that they invited us to have afternoon tea, with them 'thank you'. But a close second is the Arabian Court. Everytime we leave this place, we miss it so much and just cant wait to return again :(

We spent 9 days over Christmas at the Arabian Court and had a really relaxing stay. We arrived on the 21st December and departed on the 30th December and i have to truly commend the hotel; for all of the effort the whole team went to so that children in particular still benefitted from all the fun of Christmas.
This was our second trip to this hotel and whilst nothing has changed at the Arabian Court, a lovely new jetty bar has been built at the Palace and you now also have access to One and Only the Palm, which is pretty spectacular. Food was fantastic, we ate at the Eau Zone, Beach Bar & Grill, Nina's, The Rotiserrie and 101 at the Palm. All of the food was of a really high standard with little to be critical of except perhaps the cost of drinks and water which is particularly high and the menu at 101 the Palm which doesn't really suit the amazing surroundings.
Staff were once again very attentive. The ladies in the kids club, Michael on entertainment duties in the pool, the life guards and the guy looking after our room did a really great job and made us feel special. We also had quite a lot of contact with the management as there was a lovely cocktail party one evening where we got to share our thoughts with some of the senior team. All seemed very passionate about maintaining the high levels of service and the attention to detail and they weren't just paying lip service to us!
Overall a really great trip, our 5 year old daughter really enjoyed herself as there were plenty of other children to play with but not so many that it might spoil a trip for people traveling without kids. I think we will be back.

During our recent family holiday we had $3,000 USD and our wallets stolen from our room with several thousand pounds subsequently defrauded from our credit cards (there's no chip and pin in Dubai).
We made the mistake of leaving our patio doors unlocked (very common for guests staying in garden rooms) and whilst at breakfast someone entered our room and stole the aforementioned cash and wallets.
The hotels security seemed poor and hotel management keen to sweep the issue under the carpet so we would recommend that any guests staying in the garden rooms resist the temptation to pop to the pool via their patio doors and walk through the hotel instead.
