Greetings,
the hotel is good at many levels, I have 2 complaints that I hope you take seriously:
1- I am platinum member, so when I arrive at reception, I go straight to the Accord privileged members stand at reception, yet there is no one! the hotel is busy, so all the receptionists are at the normal stands receiving the other guests, and the privileged guests have to wait!! that is unacceptable! you must have 1 person dedicated for us!
2- I use my vouchers to pay, so upon arrival I submit enough vouchers to cover my stay and my food or drinks consumption, yet when I go to the restaurant or bar in the hotel and sign the bill to my room, the waiter tells me that I don't have credits on my room!! the receptionist must log the vouchers in immediately upon check in the system, so that I can order my meals and drinks to my room.
I am going back to this hotel this weekend and will be for many weekends to come, I hope I will feel that my comments have found listening ears!
