Quite far from central Dubai and all the sights and things to do, but quite close to the railway and to Ibn Battuta Mall (10-15 minutes walk). However it is right beside (less than hundred metres away from) some huge power lines going into an aluminium factory, so I was not happy staying there, espesially nit with a baby.

The room was small, and included a badly equipped kitchen corner. Neither the floor nor the kicthen stuff were clean when we got there, and there was nothing to wash it with (brush, sponge, detergent, etc). The kitchen was so poorly equipped that it was nearly impossible to make any proper food there. If you stay, make sure you bring your own cuttlery and things for cutting and stirring. There was a water boiler there, but it didn't match the socket. Washing machine was ok and actually worked.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for a week to attend my sons wedding (he lives in Dubai) at his recomendation and we could not understand why people have complained about the place so much. We found it to be clean and comfortable and all the staff that we dealt with were polite and helpful. We would recommend this place to anyone visiting Dubai from the UK.

Horrible place. My friend had to go to the hospital and stay there for a week..."someone" entered his room, opened his bag and stole all the DVDs in there!

Insolent manager, terrible smell in lift, overpriced and poor quality internet, annoying cleaning staff.

An absolutely atrocious establishment. The Japanese hotel next door just a little more expensive, but has to be better than this rubbish.

Never ever again...

I'm not really hard to please and i just pretend the services i paid for and nothing else .
We stay there for 16 days and we had a one bed room apartment.

First of all I thing I was bitten by bugs several times. me only thank god the bugs didn't touched my fiancee .
The housekeeping at the first 5 days i tipped the guys for their work but when i realize that they weren't doing their work such as not giving us 2 towels but only one .. not giving us toilet papers and tissue i quit tipping them ..

To be fair i have to say that maybe they gave us 2 towels a couple of time and the first week they gave us toilet papers but then we received nothing .

I had to buy my self tissue and toilet papers .

You can't invite friends inside the rooms .. I'm not saying that I wanted my friends to sleep over but i wanted to have a cup of tea or dinner in a place where could have a little bit of privacy than a restaurant or a coffee shop .

The food is horrible we had breakfast there the first morning,, go buy something outside and make your own breakfast .
