I stayed here for one week in January 2012. For the price you pay here this is about the best hotel you will get in Dubai. I had a large room, spotlessly clean, with large screen TV, clock radio, fridge, kettle, tea, coffee etc. The breakfasts were excellent - a good range with different eggs/sausage/bacon every day in addition to the usual pastries, yoghurts and fresh fruit etc. The A/C in the room was excellent and individually controllable. The bathroom was modern, clean and spacious with a large shower cubicle. One morning, the shower stopped for about 20 minutes and the reception staff immediately brought bottles of water to the room without me asking for them. The reception staff were efficient, friendly and helpful throughout my stay. There are usually taxis waiting outside the hotel or passing within 2-3 minutes, but I travelled on the metro every day (Business Bay station is about 7-8 minutes walk away), which is the fastest and cheapest way to get around Dubai. Take the metro to the station closest to where you want to go then jump in a taxi to get you to the door (usually then only £2 or £3). Two reasons I don't give the hotel 5/5: (1) The room smelt of cigarette smoke when I checked in and occasionally the smell seemed to come through the air conditioning a bit (2) There are no shops, restaurants or anything of interest in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

We stayed there for I think 7-8nights, wow dont think too much go for this hotel. Breakfast is excellent, location is excellent. Price is excellent !!! we booked through booking@bestdubaiholidays.com

You shouldn't expect too much from this hotel for the price you pay. Yet we were pleased by the breakfast, the room space and cleanliness. We were only there for one night and the hotel seemed OK. I would go back there.

Once you checked-in you have been forgotten, even you should not expect a better room than match box type. I believe as this is a budget executive hotel, you have to accept it.

Room cleanliness, service at reception, breakfasts and free stuff for Priority Card Member are augmenting.

For me location of hotel is a major plus and staff service (selectively) is major minus, I believe they are not well trained (again not all).

Being bang next to sheikh zayed road, Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa was delighting in the city of confusing roads and easy to approach my tourist destinations.
